I just discovered your web site after living in the “underworld” for 13 years. I have emerged over time more whole, honest with myself, accepting of my children and militant about stomping out the stigma associated with childhood onset mental illness. I work as the Family Research and Provider Education Coordinator for NAMI-CT (The National Alliance for Mental Illness of CT), and am beginning my own mental health consulting business to help family members (mostly parents) navigate the vast, fragmented, underfunded and complex mental health world. I would be happy to be available as a resource to you and your readers. I also would be delighted to be part of your virtual world as a speaker/consultant for a teleconference. I would be happy to offer this free of charge, as it would benefit my ability to expand
boundaries into a larger shoreline community.
